Virtual Live Well: Chronic Disease Self-Management: Mondays, April 4 through May 9, 2:00 PM -4:00 PM.

Fairfax County's Virtual Chronic Disease Self-Management Program is a FREE six-week group interactive workshop series for individuals who are interested in learning how to live better by effectively managing their ongoing health conditions. Learn positive strategies for better overall health, such as managing pain & fatigue, sleeping and eating better, increasing physical activity and so much more! Managing Advanced Care Planning and End of Life Decisions: Tuesday, April 12, 7-8:00 p.m. Virtual
Many of us face questions about advanced medical treatment, care planning, and end of life decisions for our loved ones in crisis situations. It can be extremely difficult and stress-inducing to find ourselves having to sort through the options and make decisions in an emergency or at the end of life. Join this session to learn from a guest speaker from Inova Health Care System who will help you think about discussions that need to be had and the decisions that will benefit all to be made in advance, is possible. Walk with Ease Virtual Walking Program: Thursdays, April 14-May 19, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
In this free virtual program participants will walk three times per week for six weeks at their own pace. They will discuss successes, challenges, encourage one another and learn information to stay healthy.
