Announcement - Operational Changes

Now that vaccines are more widely available, we are pleased to begin offering limited in-person access to the Retirement Systems office!

Monday – Friday from 11am – 2pm.

Walk-in hours -This time is perfect for handing in your paperwork to one of our staff and allowing them to double check that it has been filled out accurately.

We will not be available for unscheduled walk-in visits to discuss detailed benefit information at length. If you require more assistance, please call your retirement analyst
or payroll specialist.

Forms and a Drop Box are available in front of the office.

Our main phone line 703-279-8200 will also be open during this time.

We will be allowing two members into the lobby at a time and ask that you to maintain social distancing. If you have not been vaccinated to please wear a mask.
